We strive to deliver the perfect New York slice to the Pacific Northwest using only the finest ingredients in our recipes, which has been honed for nearly two decades, while welcoming and serving guests in an atmosphere where everyone is a regular, and the guest service is legendary.
Our crew has each other’s backs. We move and work as a team, and no task is above anyone. We adhere to our three fundamentals: consistently great food, happy guests, and clean restaurants — and everyone is expected to do whatever it takes to deliver.
You will find our ownership team working alongside you, making pizzas or bussing tables. Our crew is family — we want to see you succeed within Brooklyn Bros. Pizzeria and in your long-term career goals, and we’re committed to working with you to make those goals happen, whether you continue with us, go on elsewhere in hospitality, or follow a road that takes you elsewhere. Former Brooklyn Bros. Crew make up not only most of our management team but also have gone on to careers as teachers, professionals, musicians, barbers, tattoo artists, business owners, and more besides. We are as proud of our alumni as we are today’s team members.
